Order & Delivery Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We will send another email once your order has been dispatched—this will serve as confirmation that your order has been accepted.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you. Your order will be processed only after you confirm it through the provided link or message.

Please note that the dispatch of items in your order may occur at different times, depending on product availability and location.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package at the earliest. If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to arrange a suitable solution.
